In the game, players find themselves in ‘The Threshold,’ a liminal space where the musty, unending corridors of the Backrooms intersect with the enigmatic portals of Doors. The walls are a patchwork of faded yellow wallpaper and rusted metal doors, each leading to an unknown fate. The fluorescent lights flicker erratically, casting long shadows that seem to move of their own accord.
